Karolina Stenström alias Steso Songs, magical artist from Sweden
60Steso Songs, from her real name Karolina (Korro) Stenström, is a singer artist of 24 years old living in Malmo, Sweden. Steso Songs is a singer and pianist. She writes her songs using a piano. Among her influences, she names several artists: Roy Orbison, Dorothy Vallens, Sonic Youth, Audrey Horne, Astrid Lindgren, Johnny Thunders, Cyndi Lauper, Frank Sinatra, Chopin, The Cure and Broder Daniel just to name a few. She started played piano at the age of 7. She learns to play piano by playing her favorite radio hits.

Upcoming projects for Steso Songs
On July 20, 2009, Steso Songs announced that the recording of her first album was completed. Her first album is going to be released this autumn. The album had been recorded in Gothenburg by Kalle von Hall (Bad Cash Quartet) and in Malmo by Christian Berg (Yvonne, Strip Music) and Nicklas Stenemo (The Mo, Melody Club) and will be released on the label Lyckan. Lyckan is Steso Songs own label. Lyckan is a label found by Karolina Stenström in May 2008. Her debut album is the first album to be release by her label. In Swedish, the word lyckan mean meadow and happiness. Presently, Steso Songs is giving several performances in Sweden this month (August).
Among with Mathias Hatleskog Tjonn, The Measure, Lindsay Katt, Palmyra, Pale Young Gentlemen, The Defending Champions, Noble Three, Peter Broderick, The Botticellis, Proud Simon, Brooke Waggoner and Béatrice Martin alias Cœur de Pirate, Karolina Stenström had contributed to the soundtrack of the upcoming indie movie Sneakers and Soul.
